This twin bed is only two years old and kept up really well. It is in great condition. The mattress is high quality with extra padding and comes with a mattress cover and the box spring. There is no head board.
This is perfect for UCSD students ready to move in to their new place!
The bed needs to be sold THIS WEEKEND so it is ready for pick up now.

I have a brown sofa that I purchased from IKEA a year ago that I would like to sell. It is sitting in a storage unit at the moment and I don't know how much longer it'll be before I even use it again. As much as I love the sofa, I have no place to put it, and I'd like to get rid of storage because it's essentially a monthly waste of money.
The sofa is still in very good condition. However, it might have some lint or dust on it from having sat in storage for a year. Otherwise, it's clean, soft and VERY comfortable.

I own a brown wooden dining table that's just sitting in a storage unit in Miramar collecting dust. I bought it from IKEA last year and it's practically new. Though the dining table seats four, it's small enough and practical for an apartment, condo or a small house. It can even be used as a work desk.
I like this dining table and have had many memorable dinner parties on it, but I don't know how long it'll be before I put it to use again. Plus storage is expensive!
